Weekend Fun - don't miss it!

Let's all cross our fingers and toes for decent weather.... Tulip Fest is on Saturday at Connaught School (NOT the Market as is traditional). Plant exchange starts at 10 and the family fun begins at noon and runs all afternoon. Miss Vicky is particularly looking forward to the Parkour demonstration!

Sunday is ArtsPark, which will take place around the Parkdale Market. There will be plenty of artisan booths to browse if you - ahem - haven't gotten around to purchasing a Mother's day gift... ahem.... Amanda Putz of the CBC will host the festivities, which will include Lucky Ron and Amanda Rheaume. The event begins at 10am with Salamander Theatre for Young People.

While you're there, stop by the HCA table and sign up for the Environment Committee! We'll be looking for folks interested in helping with a gardening project around the community centre (among other things)
